This educational landscaping project at Knox Grammar School involved a large-scale transformation of the school’s outdoor learning and circulation areas — built to support both function and durability for years to come.
The job began with mass and detailed excavation, followed by precision formwork to support a range of structural elements. We then poured concrete terraces, stairs, and slabs throughout the space, forming a safe and clean flow for students and staff.
To manage changes in level, a retaining wall was installed, blending seamlessly into the surrounding hardscape. Concrete spraying and paving were completed to finish off high-traffic areas, while soft landscaping brought balance and greenery into the space.
The job was topped off with a combination of custom timber and sandstone seating, designed for durability, low maintenance, and day-to-day student use.
